Your favorite prequal movie... hard to choose it is
Shall I choose 'Phantom Menace'? It begins the whole saga providing us with the back story for the originals that captured us so many years ago. We meet young Obi Wan displaying so much skill that seems to have evaporated by the time 'A New Hope' comes out. Then Qui Gon is one of my favorites, ya' know - he's such masterful Jedi! And look at the awesome cast!
*Yes, I know it's the cover of the book, not the movie - it's so worth the read filling in where the script leaves us in the dark.
Or, should I choose 'Revenge of the Sith' with all those wonderfully dry lines that make me laugh every time I watch it. It's so sad, though, when the final betrayal comes leaving Obi Wan, the quintessential Jedi, reeling - gladly taking refuge guarding Luke on remote Tatooine.
Well, I can't decide which I like better, so I won't choose. I'll just enjoy them both.
Another awesome cast! There's the honorable Bail Organa - he's amazing for a politician. Serious Mace Windu sharing the heavy burden of responsibility with Yoda. Senator Amidalasure she can keep Anakin on the right path. Anakin in all his arrogance, unknowingly being seduced by the dark side. Obi Wan, now a Jedi Master on the Council, and humble despite is incredible skill.
